Amdocs, R.H. Donnelly sign technology deal
"Amdocs and R.H. Donnelley Corp. signed a five-year agreement for
Amdocs to continue to provide R.H. Donnelley with services such as
ongoing application support and maintenance, day-to-day data center
operations and testing automation, the companies announced Tuesday."
Technology Spending to Expand Again in '08 "'From
a pure software perspective, customer management applications are
[respondents'] lead software investments, followed by [business
intelligence/performance management] and ERP in 2008,' the [AMR Research] report
said. 'These preferences should come as no surprise from this sector.
According to the 'Customer Management Spending Report, 2007-2008,'
nearly two-thirds of all companies in the midmarket reported a planned
increase in customer management spend in 2008.'"

BPM takes on the tough challenges

are demonstrated. Many applications have been implemented that automate
routine processes previously handled manually. However, BPM has also
