• Windstream Communications Chooses Dovetail
    Dovetail Software has been selected by Windstream Communications (formerly Nuvox Communications) to utilize Dovetail Mobile and Agent Lite to create a more efficient and cost-effective way for occasional users of the Clarify CRM application to access information related to support cases. Mobile is a web-based application that provides a simplified user interface formatted for use on a mobile phone. Agent Lite is a similar application designed to run within a desktop or laptop browser.

    Pulte Homes selected Dovetail to transition their internal help desk operation to Dovetail CRM for Clarify. Pulte will also utilize Dovetail Mobile and Agent Lite for remote or occasional users to periodically access support case information from a laptop or mobile phone. When completed later in 2010, this transition will result in a fully web-based environment enabling a more cost-effective way to originate, track, and complete support cases.
