Pulte Homes selected Dovetail to transition their internal help desk operation to Dovetail CRM for Clarify. Pulte will also utilize Dovetail Mobile and Agent Lite for remote or occasional users to periodically access support case information from a laptop or mobile phone. When completed later in 2010, this transition will result in a fully web-based environment enabling a more cost-effective way to originate, track, and complete support cases. Dovetail CRM for Clarify, Dovetail Mobile, and Agent Lite are designed to be replacements for or work in parallel with existing Clarify applications and access information from an existing Clarify database.
