Do you link cases to solutions at all?
We do not currently use solutions.

I am working on something similar that stores data as JSON objects and makes them available to the calling page. It is similar in nature to the cache files used by dtAgent.

I also use jquery and firebug. I would also recommend the Web Developer Toolbar add-on for Firefox. And to make life simple, you can add the different "Tab" add-ons for other browsers (IE, Safari, even Chrome) so you can use Firebug to debug in these other browsers as well.

We currently do not use EmailClerk so this wouldn't directly affect us but, for my two cents, make it work the way the same way as the Clarify Email Clerk. That way those companies that are using it would have an easier conversion.
