    The custom field lists will only be applied to the base object for any of the APIs, so you will have to have seperate code to update the workaround table after the API call.

    The close_cr.asp form handles all of that functionality in Dovetail Agent. That form gets opened when the CR status gets changed to Verified.

    In most cases, using the file names as a guide should work. What I reccomend is opening each page, and looking at which other pages get referenced in each one.     The case_history field, as you probably know, is simply one big text field. And the classic client is hard-coded to simply append new entries to the end of that field.
